Pricing
The suite comes with one larger app of your choice: Quoting, Drawing Reader or Part Knowledge. There are two ways to pay for it.

Paying more at the start costs less overall: over three years, Option A comes to $62,200 and Option B to $72,200.
The tools already work. What the setup and the first months of support pay for is fitting them to you: connecting them to your ERP and accounting system, building in your customers, vendors and part numbers, and adjusting the rules to how your people actually work. Small changes you ask for are part of it, then and after.
Running the tools, $200 a month: hosting for your database and every tool, plus AI usage up to $50 a month. Usage goes up and down with how much the tools are used, and I tell you before it heads past that.
Support while the tools are fitted to you, $2,000 a month for the first 6 months on Option A or the first 24 on Option B. Support after that, $1,000 a month: I keep watching the tools, fix anything that breaks and keep making small changes.
Each additional larger app is $3,000. A bigger change or a new tool is quoted up front before any work starts. For larger companies that need something the suite doesn't cover, I build custom solutions on the same foundation, quoted the same way.
Your data is yours from day one. You can ask for a full copy at any time, and if you ever stop working with me, you get all of it. What happens with the software itself is set out in your agreement.
